Welcome to the Starrville-Friendship Water Supply Corporation Community.  We look forward to serving your water needs.

Purchasing a property:
  • Standard Service Agreement
  • Easement*
  • Proof of Ownership**
  • Membership Fee or Transfer Fee
Installing a new meter:
  • Standard Service Agreement
  • Easement*
  • Proof of Ownership**
  • New Meter Installation Fees

Renting or Renting to Own:

(This includes Mobile Homes where the deed to the land is not in your name)
  • Rental Agreement (If the owner wishes the bill go to you)

Anything that requires an extension, road bore, multiple meters, larger meters, etc. must fill out a Non Standard Service Agreement.

*The Easement must be signed by all owners of record and notorized.  The original must be returned to the office for filing, copies will not be accepted.

**Proof of ownership can be the first page of a Deed, Warranty Deed, or Probate that is on file with the county.  In order to be a Member, you must be the owner of the land fee simple.
