Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's water meters are read each month around the 15th. Please contact our office for any additional information.
Water Usage Rates
| 0-2,000 | $3.00 |
| 2,001-6,000 | $3.75 |
| 6,001-10,000 | $4.50 |
| 10,001-20,000 | $5.25 |
| 20,001-40,000 | $6.00 |
| 40,001 and over | $6.75 |
Bills are due on or before the 10th* of each month. Payments not received by then will have a $10 late fee added. If the account is not paid in full by the close of business on the 21st*, service will be disconnected and a $50 reconnect fee will be added. Service will be reconnected after the balance has been paid in full. Accounts paid after 5pm on the disconnect date will not be reconnected until after the office opens the next morning.
*Due dates that fall on weekends or national holidays will be pushed to the next business day. Disconnect dates that fall on a Friday will be pushed to the next week.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee.
