Standard Residential Service Rates

Our community's water meters are read each month around the 15th. Please contact our office for any additional information.
Water Usage Rates
| 0-2,000 | $2.50 |
| 2,001-6,000 | $3.25 |
| 6,001-10,000 | $4.00 |
| 10,001-20,000 | $4.75 |
| 20,001-40,000 | $5.50 |
| 40,001 and over | $6.25 |
Bills are due on or before the 10th of each month. Payments not received by then will have a $10 late fee added. If the account is not paid in full by the close of business on the 21st, service will be disconnected and a $50 reconnect fee will be added. Service will be reconnected after the balance has been paid in full.
Returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee.
