NOTE: Regarding any business related matter concerning SFWSC, in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act. Each person that wishes to address the board will be required to sign in, list the subject matter, and be given three (3) minutes to speak. No official action may be taken or addressed by the board on any item, but may be placed on an agenda for future action.
